1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Financial Analytics Tools website, indicators, or any related services provided by Ontario Technologies Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Description

Our products are TradingView technical analysis indicators and scripts designed to assist traders in market analysis. They do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or trade signals.

3. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the indicator for your personal trading activities. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the indicator or its source code.

4. No Financial Advice

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Ontario Technologies Co. is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial service provider. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and policies. Prices are subject to change with notice. All fees are non‑refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14‑day unconditional refund window for all purchases made through Paddle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No conditions or exceptions apply during this 14‑day period. 7. Intellectual Property

All indicators, code, documentation, and website content are the property of Ontario Technologies Co. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontario Technologies Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
