2. After the 14‑Day Window

After the 14‑day refund window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law.

Refunds are processed through Paddle using the original payment method.

4. Other Payment Processors

This refund policy applies only to purchases made through Paddle. Purchases made through other payment processors, including CoinPayments or TradingView’s native payment system, may be subject to different terms as stated on those platforms.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your access to all Ontario Technologies Co. products and services.
